Where is my order?

Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day, and you'll get tracking by email as soon as the parcel is moving. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days from dispatch, express 1–2. Full detail in our shipping policy.

Can I return something?

Not for change of mind — fragrance is personal and we can't resell it once it has left us, so please choose carefully. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, we cover the return and you choose a replacement or a full refund. See the refund policy, then send us your order number.

Which scent should I pick?

Start with the three-question quiz — it narrows twenty-seven compositions down to the handful worth smelling first. If you're still torn between two, write to us and describe what you wear now.

How do the bundles work?

There's no code. Add three perfumes and it's $150, three room sprays and it's $50, or one of each format for $80. The saving applies automatically in your cart.

Do you ship overseas?

Not yet — we ship within Australia only for now. If you're overseas and want an Alemar scent, write to us and we'll let you know when international opens.
