These terms apply to your use of this site and to any order you place with Alemar Fragrance House. By placing an order you agree to them.
Who we are
Alemar Fragrance House, an online fragrance business based in New South Wales, Australia. Contact details are on the contact page of this site.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your dispatch confirmation. Until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if there's an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.
We try to keep the site accurate, but errors happen. If we find a material error in the price or description of something you've ordered, we'll contact you before dispatch and you can confirm the corrected order or cancel it for a full refund.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Multi-buy discounts are applied automatically in your cart — you don't need a code. Deals can't be combined on the same items.
Payment is taken at checkout. We don't store your card details.
Our products
Our perfumes are extrait de parfum at 40% concentration. Fragrance behaves differently on different people and in different conditions, so how a scent develops and how long it lasts will vary. Product images are representative; small variations in packaging can occur between batches.
Fragrance is flammable. Keep it away from heat and open flame, store it out of direct sunlight, and keep it out of reach of children. If you have sensitive skin, patch test before wearing. Stop using a product if you have a reaction. Our products are for external use only and are not intended to be ingested.
Our room sprays and car diffusers are for scenting spaces, not for use on skin.
"Inspired by" fragrances
Some of our compositions are described as inspired by well-known fragrances. They are our own interpretations. They are not the original products, they are not produced by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the brands named, and all trademarks belong to their respective owners. Brand names are used only to describe the scent profile.
Returns
Our return and refund policy forms part of these terms.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under it. Tell us if you think someone else has access.
Content on this site
The text, images, logo and design of this site belong to Alemar Fragrance House. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where we're permitted to limit our liability, we limit it to resupplying the product or refunding what you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
