Shipping policy

We ship Australia wide from New South Wales. All prices are in Australian dollars.

Rates

Standard — $11.00. 3–5 business days. Free on orders of $100 or more.

Express — $15.00. 1–2 business days.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and start from the day your order is dispatched, not the day you place it.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 12pm Sydney time on a business day usually ship the same day. Orders placed after that, or on a weekend or public holiday, ship the next business day.

You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away and we'll correct it if the order hasn't been dispatched. We can't redirect a parcel once it's with the carrier, and we can't cover the cost of a parcel sent to an incorrectly entered address.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking hasn't moved for five business days, or your order arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we'll chase it with the carrier or replace it.

International

We currently ship within Australia only. If you're overseas and want an Alemar scent, get in touch and we'll let you know when international shipping opens.
